Sunday School

Christian Formation for Children, also known as Sunday School, will begin on Sunday, September 14th. The PreK and K curriculum is Godly Play, a story-telling and wondering method to learn about God. The children will attend the first part of the worship service and then leave for Sunday School after the Collect of the Day. They will return before the Lord’s Prayer. We will announce who will lead the PreK & K class.

The 1st-5th grade curriculum is a lectionary-based Episcopal curriculum. Children will depart after receiving communion and have their lesson until approximately 11:30 a.m. On the 3rd Sunday of the month all of the children (and parents, if necessary) will encircle the altar for the Eucharistic Prayer and will return to the classroom after receiving communion.
